返品・交換・キャンセルについて / Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
・お客様都合によるご注文後のキャンセル、返金、返品、交換はお受けできません。
We do not accept cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges due to customer circumstances after an order has been placed.
お客様都合の例：
サイズ間違い、商品が不要になった、商品の状態や色味がイメージと異なる、ごく小さな汚れや傷、着用後に生じた汚れ・傷・ほつれ、その他お客様側のご都合。
Examples include:
Incorrect size selection, no longer needing the item, differences in the expected condition or color, minor stains or scratches, stains, damage, or fraying after wearing, or any other customer-related reasons.
・一部商品にはハンドメイド品や製造工程上個体差が生じる商品がございます。そのため、商品の特性上発生する軽微な傷、ほつれ、仕上がりの個体差等は、原則として初期不良とはみなしません。
Some products may be handmade or may have individual variations due to the manufacturing process. Minor scratches, fraying, or variations in finish that occur due to the nature of the product are generally not considered defects.
・商品の個体差、製法、素材、採寸方法等により、商品ページに記載されたサイズから約1〜3cm程度の誤差が生じる場合がございます。
Due to individual product differences, manufacturing methods, materials, and measurement methods, actual product measurements may vary by approximately 1–3 cm from the measurements listed on the product page.
・初期不良による交換をご希望の場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。7日を過ぎた場合は対応できませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
For exchanges due to an initial defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Requests submitted after 7 days cannot be accepted.
・長期不在、住所不備、受取拒否等のお客様都合により商品をお受け取りいただけず返送された場合、再発送にかかる送料および返送に伴い発生した費用はお客様のご負担となります。
If an order is returned due to prolonged absence, an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, or other customer-related reasons, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs and any costs incurred as a result of the return.
